Privacy policy.

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.

1. Data protection information

2. Automatically transmitted data

When you visit our website, the browser you use automatically sends information to the server of our website, where it is stored. This includes:

  • the IP address of the requesting computer, initially in full length, automatically anonymized after 24 hours,
  • date and time of access,
  • name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • the website from which the access originates (referrer URL),
  • the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

This data is processed to ensure a smooth connection, convenient use, to evaluate system security and stability and for further administrative purposes, and is automatically deleted again. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. No conclusions about individuals are drawn in any case. Cookies are used during your visit to enable further analyses. If you do not want cookies to be stored, you can configure the browser of your device accordingly.

3. Newsletter

We offer you the delivery of a newsletter. For this purpose we store and use your email address. Providing it is voluntary and based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Contact form

We offer a contact form for appointment requests or simple questions. Your phone number and your name are mandatory; further data is voluntary. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR and your voluntarily given consent. The data is automatically deleted once the contact request has been handled, unless further consent is given.

5. Disclosure of data

As a matter of principle, we do not pass on any data to third parties. Exceptions apply with your express consent (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR), for the assertion of legal claims (lit. f), in case of a legal obligation (lit. c) and for the handling of contractual relationships (lit. b).

6. Analysis tools

We use tracking measures on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR to optimize the design, content and discoverability of our website.

a) Google Analytics – a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland. Cookies are set and a pseudonymized usage profile is created (browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, time). The data is anonymized (IP masking). Opt out via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

b) Google Ads conversion tracking – to optimize our advertising; sets a cookie that is deleted after 30 days; no personal identification.

c) Matomo – open-source analysis; data is stored pseudonymously on our server, no disclosure to third parties.

d) AWStats – log file analysis without cookies, only anonymized IP address data, no disclosure.

7. Social media plugins

To promote our services we use plugins (Facebook, Instagram). When used, data – including your IP address – is transmitted directly to the respective providers (Facebook, Instagram LLC, USA) and may be linked to your user account there. To prevent this, log out of the services before your visit. Privacy notices: Facebook, Instagram.

8. Google Fonts

We use fonts from Google (Google Ireland Limited). The fonts are loaded by your browser from Google servers (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Further information: google.com/policies/privacy.

9. Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display addresses. When used, data is collected by Google and may be linked to your Google account.

10. Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our forms against automated input we use reCAPTCHA from Google. Your IP address and the data you enter are transmitted to Google. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

11. Embedded YouTube videos

Embedded videos are provided via YouTube (YouTube LLC, USA). When a video is played, a direct connection to YouTube servers is established and your IP address is transmitted.

12. Rights of data subjects

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • withdrawal of given consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR) as well as lodging a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

13. Right to object

Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR you have the right to object if your data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR). For direct marketing, the right to object applies without stating reasons. An email to us is sufficient for your objection.

14. Data security

Our website is transmitted encrypted using the SSL procedure with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. We take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the greatest possible protection of the data.

15. Timeliness and amendments

We reserve the right – also at short notice – to amend this privacy policy if legal or judicial requirements make this necessary. The currently valid version can be found at www.buck-vermessung.de/datenschutz.

16. Primeleads

To analyze and optimize our online offering we use – on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR – Primeleads, a web analysis service of Spyla UG, Berliner Allee 121, 13088 Berlin. No personal data is collected that would allow direct identification. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
